Recently, the large area carbon electrode perovskite solar cell developed by Kunshan Innovation Research Institute of Nanjing University has completed the STC power test in the international authoritative third-party certification agency t Ü V Rhine of Germany, and obtained the test report. Among them, the conversion efficiency of 30cm * 45cm solar cell (effective area 951.50cm²) reaches 9.39%, which is the first authoritative test of the largest size and highest efficiency of perovskite solar cells with mesoporous structure of carbon electrode published in the world.
According to the relevant person in charge of Kunshan Innovation Research Institute of Nanjing University, the battery is less affected by the solar irradiation angle, and has great advantages in the application of distributed generation and photovoltaic curtain wall. The carbon electrode prepared by full printing process has low cost, about less than 0.8 yuan / W, and is expected to realize industrialization.Large area, low cost and high efficiency are the main purpose of the development of perovskite solar cells by Kunshan Institute of innovation, Nanjing University. Since 2015, printing, slit coating, ultrasonic spraying and other preparation processes have been developed. The battery area has gradually expanded from 0.09cm2 to 30cm * 45cm, and the efficiency has reached the highest efficiency of the largest size released in the world, that is 9.39%.
At present, Nanjing University Kunshan Research Institute has a number of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, such as key material preparation, equipment development and battery preparation of solar cells. It has applied for nearly 50 national patents and is in the process of building a large-area pilot production line of 10 MW perovskite solar cells.
