What are the application cases of graphite powder? High-purity submicron graphite particles have a very wide range of applications: electronic information display tubes, black-base conductive coatings in display manufacturing industry, devices consisting of liquid crystal displays, sensitive black coatings used on sensors and color decomposers, and three primary color realms of color liquid crystal plasma in flat panel displays for extraction. High purity and sub micron graphite particles are widely used in many industries, such as high emission effect and color contrast, ultra-fine tungsten and molybdenum wire drawing, high grade lubricants and grease manufacturing, high performance battery foam iron and nickel manufacturing, and sensitive film.
1. As refractories: Graphite and its products have the properties of high temperature resistance and high strength. Graphite crucibles are mainly used in metallurgical industry. Graphite is often used as protective agent for ingots and lining of metallurgical furnaces in steelmaking.
2. Conductive material: used in the electrical industry as the coating of electrodes, brushes, carbon rods, carbon tubes, mercury positive current, graphite gaskets, telephone parts, television picture tubes, etc.
3. As wear-resistant and lubricating material: Graphite is often used as lubricant in mechanical industry. Lubricating oil can not be used at high speed, high temperature and high pressure.
